Fantastic, helpful people and a great saddle selection. I am so grateful to Hillary for allowing me to stop by and see lots of saddles in person. She was so helpful with suggestions and thoughts, and I found the perfect saddle for my picky horse! I would absolutely buy from Hillary again! I even left my previous saddle to be sold by Liberty. What an amazing experience! My trainer recommended I connect with Liberty Saddlery to get a new saddle and I cannot say enough how helpful and easy they made the experience. I drove my horse about 2 hours to meet them and can honestly say it was well worth the drive. They helped me go through saddles and even adjusted the flocking for me to get the fit just right. Incredible customer service. They went above and beyond when I messaged late one evening that I wanted to buy the saddle I inquired about. My purchase completed that evening quickly with an emailed contract and electronic payment, and the saddle was shipped the next morning, despite me messaging outside of business hours (and not expecting a response til the morning). The saddle was exactly as depicted and, as a bonus, my picky princess (20 years old) loves it.

I’m so incredibly happy with Liberty Saddlery, they just sold my Equipe in no time at all (3 weeks, which is incredible for a dressage saddle- IYKYK). It was an incredibly tough decision to sell my small business, but my hopes were that I would sell to a party that would be selling saddles as their full time gig. This allows for more customer service time and far more inventory. That is exactly what has transpired -- Sam’s Saddles lives on, on a bigger and brighter scale.
